Communication
- Follow-up on all showings of the property and communicate the responses promptly to you.
- Weekly report on home's marketing progress including activities and current marketing conditions.
- Formal written report, sent monthly of the sales progress for that period, which shall include; statistics on prospective buyers contacted, marketing activities over that period, follow-up comments on showings in the period, and market update with a list of activities in the area including new Listings, Sales and Expireds.
- Meet monthly to review the written report and make necessary adjustments required to have your home SOLD!
- Follow-up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
